Stress Recovery Game Plan Coaching Program

The Stress Recovery Game Plan Coaching Program is a personalized wellness improvement initiative designed to enhance individuals' overall mental, emotional, and physical health by teaching them how to balance their stresses by focusing on recovery using the 7 key tactics. The program spans three months and is divided into five phases and can be done in a one-on-one or small group setting. 

Free Introductory Call

  • Duration: 45-60 minutes (video call preferred but not required).

  • Purpose: Discuss the Game Plan in detail and explain the goals of each phase.

  • Outcome: I will provide an estimated cost, and If both parties agree to work together, I will email you the coaching contract and intake forms.

  • Once completed and returned, Derek will schedule the Intake, Game Plan Creation, and Implementation call.

Intake, Game Plan Creation, and Implementation Call

  • Duration: 90-120 minutes.

  • Activities: Review health history, current workout program, diet philosophy, mindset towards stress, and current stressors and management strategies.

  • Goal: Collaboratively determine personal goals and create an individualized Stress Recovery Game Plan using the 7 key tactics: sleep, mindset, exercise, nutrition, meditation, breathing, and getting into nature.

  • Support: Clients can email or text Derek with questions or concerns. If issues cannot be resolved via email or text, a call will be scheduled.

Initial Check-In

  • Duration: 20-45 minutes.

  • Scheduled: Approximately 1 month into the program.

  • Activities: Review progress, discuss consistency with the plan, and make any necessary adjustments.

Final Check-In

  • Duration: 20-45 minutes.

  • Scheduled: Approximately 1 month after the initial check-in.

  • Activities: Review progress, discuss consistency with the plan, and discuss potential follow-up blood work with your doctor. Make any necessary adjustments.

Program Completion Call

  • Duration: 45-60 minutes.

  • Scheduled: Approximately 1 month after Check-In #2 (around 3 months after the initial Intake and Game Plan Creation and Implementation call).

  • Activities: Review goals and outcomes. Decide whether to continue with another 3-month program or conclude your involvement. If continuing, set new goals and adjust the Stress Recovery Game Plan as needed.
